When viewing the greatest hits section, I can't drill down on any information? I'd love to click on a Top page visited to see more information on which accounts and people visited that page, opened an email, or had an interesting moment. Currently...

Role hierarchy for user table

When looking at users it would be helpful to see and customize: Department Manager Title Geo/region/area etc. As well as see at a high level how many accounts and contacts they own.

emails with hyperlinks in the URL shown in Engagio are not decipherable - its a bunch of code?

Emails sent from hubspot (for example) that have a URL in the subject line appear as HTML code text in Engagio. It would be great if this could be simple text in our application to make it easier to read for users.
