Slow speed and inactive network can cause Spectrum Error Code RLC-1000. Hence you can check the network speed and try improving the wireless signal strength
Reset your device once. Remove the power cables connected to the device, disconnect the device from the network and then connect back after a while
Also, uninstall the Spectrum app and install it later
Check the device software version. If the software is outdated, try updating the software to the latest version
Mean while deactivate the channel and activate it again. Sign in to the Roku account, select the channel, and tap on the option, Remove Channel.
