For the enhancement request, I'd like to be able to filter Engagement Minutes by many filters instead of just type and one more field.
As you can see, I'm able to filter SFDC Reports with many filters (i.e., 7) with many AND/OR logic statements.
For example, I only want sales completed emails with a subject line that contains "RE:" assigned to a SDR, AE, CSM or Sales Engineer to count as an Engaged Email Response.
Right now the Engagement Minute Filtering is extremely limited. I don't want to count any activities not owned or assigned to those Sales Roles. I can't do that via the Engagement Minute configuration currently.
