When you're in the Accounts Tab in Engage, the top shows Highlights and Most Engaged Accounts. I'm noticing that filters work for some things (like I can exclude an account) but not other things (if I exclude certain activity types they are still showing up in highlights). This is really confusing for customers (Icertis). Would be great to have filters applied to everything. Including the Most Engaged accounts 13 week history - if I say sales engagement vs marketing engagement = marketing engagement, those bar graphs should update.
