Figuring out a way to separate engagement from Prospect Accounts that you are also customers for

Essentially we use Zapier as a product and somehow we are getting marketing emails associated with engagement. Wondering if theres a way to distinguish certain activities as being faulty. Perhaps by identifying who the email came from and if its a product/marketing related email then not counting it.
